Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) cut-off mark for the 2025/2026 admission screening exercise is 180 and above.

Here are some of the basic requirements for FUTA 2025 admission:

1. FUTA must be your first-choice institution on the JAMB CAPS portal.
2. You must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
3. You must have at least five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
4. Your O’Level results must not be more than two sittings.
5. You must be at least 16 years old

If you are a Direct Entry candidate, you must also meet requirements 1, 3, 4, and 5 listed above.

In addition, you must have a strong grade or merit in your National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), JUPEB, IJMB, or any other recognised Direct Entry programme.

How to Register for FUTA Screening 2025/2026

• Go to 2025 FUTA Post UTME admission screening portal at www.futa.edu.ng.
• On the homepage, locate and click the 2025 Post UTME registration link or publication therein.
• Provide the necessary information to create a profile.
• Once your profile is set up, generate an invoice for the Post UTME screening fee payment.
• Select your preferred payment method from the available options (e.g., bank transfer, online transfer, or debit card) and complete the transaction.
• Once you are done, print your 2025 FUTA Post-UTME registration slip.
