LASUED admission list 2026/2027 PDF is officially out – Lagos State University of Education has released the full list of admitted UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates, along with guidelines on how to check first, second, and third batch admission list using LASUED Admission checker portal.

To check if LASUED has offered you admission in 2026, you must verify your admission status using JAMB e-Facility portal (CAPS) and LASUED admission checker portal.

1. LASUED has started uploading names of qualified candidates to the 2026/2027 Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
2. The uploading of LASUED admission list is done in batches. So far, admission list for Law, Medicine and Surgery, Nursing Science, and Accounting have been uploaded, and the process is still ongoing.
3. Please note that JAMB will only offer you admission after LASUED has recommended your name on JAMB CAPS Portal.
4. Any LASUED admission offered or accepted outside JAMB CAPS portal is illegal.

1. Go to LASUED admission checker portal at www.portal.jamb.gov.ng or lasued.edu.ng.

Types of Lagos State University of Education Admission List

LASUED usually release five (5) admission lists, namely:

1. Merit Admission List
2. Second batch admission list
3. Third batch admission list
4. Supplementary Admission List and
5. VC admission list

1. LASUED First Batch Admission List

LASUED Merit admission list, also known as LASUED First Batch Admission list contains the names of candidates with the highest JAMB and Post UTME aggregate scores.

2. LASUED Second Batch Admission List

LASUED second, third, and supplementary admission lists contain the names of candidates who:

• Did not upload their O’Level results early
• Did not meet LASUED merit cut-off mark
• Narrowly omitted during the first batch of admission
• Have been offered admission through VC list

3. LASUED VC admission list

During the 2026 JAMB Policy Meeting, JAMB stated that VC Admission list is illegal but still operational in Nigeria.

However, before any university can use the 10% exemption mode, it must first admit 90% of students through the standard admission process.

This means that LASUED VC Admission List is usually the last to be released.

If you’re expecting your name to appear on the 2026 LASUED VC admission list, you must wait until the university has completed admitting candidates who merited admission based on JAMB and Post-UTME performance.

1. First, confirm your name on LASUED 2026 JAMB Matriculation list

3. Print and download your 2026 LASUED and JAMB admission letter online
4. Secure an accommodation (Either pay for a bed space in the school hostel (if available) or get an off-campus accommodation early enough)
